Whenever and wherever possible, Presidio Bay prioritizes the inclusion of ECE facilities at our developments. We heavily subsidize the cost of building out these locations to the highest standards so that childcare operators can focus on retaining the best teachers and keeping tuition affordable for all.

Wu Yee Children’s Services

Wu Yee Children’s Services believes nothing is more essential than excellent child care and education for all our children, right from the start. Wu Yee provides comprehensive early care and education at no cost through our Early Learning Centers, Family Child Care homes, Prenatal Care services, and Home Visiting programs.

Presidio Bay elected to provide a $2.5MM dedicated childcare facility at the Ventana Residences located at 99 Ocean Avenue in San Francisco, rather than simply paying the required in-lieu fee. We chose to partner with Wu Yee Children’s Services due to their long-term commitment to quality, affordable childcare education in San Francisco and are excited to welcome their first cohort of students in the fall of 2023.
