At Presidio Bay, we believe that giving back is integral to our mission of optimizing human potential and well-being. While we develop real estate, our true focus is on revitalizing neighborhoods, creating opportunities, and supporting initiatives that strengthen communities. This commitment has led to the creation of the Presidio Bay Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which serves as the heart of our charitable efforts. Through the Foundation, we work to empower underserved communities by providing access to educational resources, career pathways, and equitable opportunities in commercial real estate.

In addition to the work of the Foundation, we remain deeply engaged in other community-focused initiatives, from supporting access to affordable childcare and healthcare, to advocating for voter participation. Every aspect of our giving is rooted in partnership, because we understand that true value comes from collaborating with residents, tenants, and the broader community. Together, we strive to build stronger, more resilient neighborhoods.

Presidio Bay Foundation

The Presidio Bay Foundation’s core initiative is the Presidio Scholars program, a summer program designed to equip young adults with the tools needed to succeed in the real estate industry. Through this program, we offer scholarships and grants that directly support college tuition, while our mentorship initiative helps scholars grow their professional networks and provides valuable guidance. In the future, our Career Placement initiative will provide real estate job opportunities, helping scholars transition into their careers. By expanding the Presidio Scholars program, we aim to create lasting, transformative change for the next generation of industry leaders.

Presidio Bay has long been an active member of our community, with a specific focus on providing support around our Giving Back “pillars” of diversity, education, health, veterans, and voter education. In this spirit, we are committed to cultural and gender diversity in the workplace by actively working to ensure all of our corporate positions are hired through a lens of equal opportunity and diversity, steadfastly support “When We All Vote,” an organization on a mission to increase participation in every election, and contribute to neighborhood improvement projects like the renovation of small urban parks or sponsorship of programs such as the SOMA Rotary Bikes 4 Vets project.
