Hamilton Hospital
516 Hospital Drive, Novato, CAThis site was an abandoned US Army hospital on the National Registry of Historic places. Presidio Bay went through an entitlement process to approve a major alteration and expansion to the historic building as part of the development of an 80-unit senior housing facility.
Upon achieving entitlements, the project was recapitalized and the historic building was incorporated into a larger new ground-up development project while maintaining the integrity of the original historic design according to the Secretary of Interior's Standards.
