The Encino Park Center is a large, multi-acre shopping center anchored by Home Depot located in San Antonio, TX. Presidio Bay acquired the 60,000 square foot big box building formerly home to an Albertsons and later HEB grocery store with a mixed-use zoning, and pre-leased two thirds to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and subsequently leased the balance to Planet Fitness.

Presidio Bay recognized the potential of the site to service the needs of both the government and the fitness tenant based on the condition of the existing shell, proximity to transit and capacity to handle a significant amount of visitors and vehicular traffic.
