The Presidio Bay team worked closely with the BLM’s field operations and facilities teams to design, construct and operate the new facility in accordance with GSA’s standards, including energy efficiency controls, BMS system, exterior site lighting, new fenestration and outdoor covered parking. This is a fully-serviced lease which requires ongoing coordination between its Ownership and the Government.
