550 O’Farrell Street is an existing parking garage in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. Designated as a historic resource due to its Gothic Revival architecture, the project owner retained Presidio Bay to entitle the project for multi-family housing.

Over a 2 year period, Presidio Bay successfully entitled the urban infill historic preservation project for 111 units of high-density housing with a significant percentage of affordable and family-sized dwelling units as well as financial and operational commitments to the Tenderloin community.
