436 Bryant Street is a 3-story, 8,000 square foot mixed-use office building located in the South Park submarket of San Francisco, CA, a neighborhood rich with restaurants, amenities and a newly renovated public park.

Presidio Bay acquired the 100+ year old building in a dilapidated condition and completed a full renovation, complete with seismic retrofitting, new foundation, windows and building systems in 2017. Significant capital was invested to deliver turnkey move-in ready suites, complete with conference rooms, kitchenettes and FF&E. In doing so, we were able to attract significant demand from tenants willing to pay a premium for convenience, given the asset’s central location in South Park.

Presidio Bay continues to own and provides asset management services for this property.
