Designed to support a new generation of living and working in Menlo Park, the project brings together housing, workplaces, and daily amenities in a walkable, integrated environment. Positioned near major transit routes and adjacent to emerging innovation hubs, 345 Middlefield builds on the momentum of nearby developments to create a cohesive and enduring district rooted in connectivity, flexibility, and long-term placemaking.
