San Diego, CAPresidio Bay oversaw the entitlement process including a comprehensive EIR for the development and a community plan amendment to remove the site from the employment overlay, which would have required a minimum 50% office or hotel use. The mixed-use building incorporates two distinct functions with a new tower rising out of the historic California Theater, which is being recreated to satisfy the request of local preservationists. This will be the tallest residential building south of Los Angeles.
